    LOST ORDERS ^TOP^


    US RESIDENTS

    All US orders are sent using a trackable service. With this tracking service your package will be scanned and indicated as delivered once it is placed in your mailbox. Some packages may require a signature and if you aren’t home to sign for it then you will receive a slip indicating an attempt has been made. will not replace or refund customers who claim that their package was not received once delivery confirmation has been indicated.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    Although infrequent. lost packages can occur. If you opted out of a trackable service for your package. has no way of knowing if you ever received the package or if it is really lost. Therefore will not replace or refund customers who claim that their package was not received once delivery confirmation has been indicated or not.

    U.S. RESIDENTS. & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    The only way we will replace a shipment that is claimed to have not been received is if the Courier has lost the package and has said so.


    RETURNS ^TOP^


    jewelry is manufactured using the finest grade materials. All sales are final. The nature of our business does not warrant returns. Returns will be accepted only under the following circumstances:

    You contact us within 2 days of receiving the jewelry.

    The item received is defective.

    The item received is not what was ordered
    (wrong color, wrong size, etc.)


    If you do have to make a return please email us explaining your reasons for why you would like to return the item. Once we respond and agree that it is a legitimate return, you may then mail it back to us with the original invoice and a copy of the email (there will be no exchanges without our email) saying it is ok to return the item to:

    No credits or refunds will be issued for returned items. The item will be replaced with a new one and shipped back to you immediately.

    will not return or exchange items if you order the wrong size, gauge or style, or decide that you do not want the item. If you are unsure of how an item will look or if you feel it might be too big or too small please contact our sales department if you have any questions before making a purchase. This will insure a more informed order.


    CANCELING AN ORDER ^TOP^


    If you place an order and decide you want to cancel it before it is shipped or put into production, you may do so but there will be a 10% processing fee. If our jewelers have already begun production on a particular piece of jewelry you will not be able to cancel your order.


    MONEY ORDERS & WELL CONCEALED CASH ^TOP^


    If you wish to pay with a money order or well concealed cash you may do so. We will not be held liable for any Money order or Cash that doesn’t reach us. It is advisable to use a tracking service with signature confirmation if sending one of these methods of payment.

    Go through the site as normal and add items you wish to purchase to the Shopping Cart. When you are done shopping view your items in the Shopping Cart. Simply print out your list of items page. Once you print out your items page, please include Name, Address, Phone Number, and email address. Make sure everything is clear and readable. Then send your money order (payable to Painful Pleasures) and the printed page to:

    GOLD POLICY ^TOP^


    There are no returns or exchanges on all gold jewelry unless you receive a defective piece. All of our gold body jewelry is custom made to your order and not kept in stock.


    PRICE MATCH POLICY ^TOP^


    Custom Items do not fall under the Price Match Gaurantee option. We will do what we can if there is a comparable product, but can't gaurantee that we can match the price.


    DISCLAIMER ^TOP^
