Q: How do I create an account?
A: Creating an account is easy at . Simply fill out the form here and you have just created your own personal account. For Retail customers creating an account isn't necessary to shop at , but by having an account you can track your orders, save time on all your future purchases and be eligable to receive free jewelry every month. Register here for your new account. Wholesale/Distributor Customers will need to create an account with your business name in order to place orders.

Q: How do I place an order with Painful Pleasures?
A:
Retail Customers

Step 1: Browse the web site and click on the product you wish to purchase. When viewing the product you are interested in you will choose the options, if any for that item.

Step 2: After you pick the options for the product click the tab that says add to cart, this will place the item in to your shopping cart.

Step 3: You will then have the option to check out, or to continue shopping, which will allow you to add more products to your shopping cart. If you choose to checkout follow step 4. If you choose to continue to shop repeat steps 1-2.

Step 4: For new customers type in the required information to register for an account and click submit. If you already have an account, you can log in and checkout.

Step 5: Double check your shopping cart to make sure you have everything you want and that no mistakes have been made.

Step 6: Choose your payment method and submit payment.

Wholesale/Distributor Customers

Step 1: Register for an account and Login. You can begin Shopping immediatly.

Step 2: Once logged in you can choose the section you want to shop, wholesale or distributor from the tabs at the top of the site. Once in the section you wish to shop, add products to your shopping cart by clicking the add to cart button.

Step 3: You will then have the option to check out, if you are finished shopping, or to continue shopping, which will allow you to add more products to your shopping cart.

Step 4: Double check your shopping cart to make sure you have everything you want and that no mistakes have been made. This will save time and head aches if you accidentally picked the wrong items.

Q: How do I track an order I placed with Painful Pleasures, Inc.?
A: The only way to track your order is if you registered for an account and placed an order with that account. You can log in and look at your orders history. From your order history page, please pick the order you wish to track and the status of your order will be displayed.

Q: How do I use the Painful Pleasures.com site?
A: Navigating is very simple. You can shop for goods by clicking on the specific category you are interested in under the Body Jewelry Tab in the left hand column.

Or if you want a more detailed search of a specific item you can search our products here. Simply Type in the product your looking for and a list of matches will pop up. ie. If you are looking for Flower Navel Rings priced between $3.00-$12.00. Set your terms and see what your search reveals. Advanced Search feature is fast and convenient.

Q: Which Section should I shop in, Retail, Wholesale or Distributor?
A:
  • Retail Section - Shop the retail section if you are buying products for yourself or as a gift and don't have a business. It is not hard for us to tell if you have a business or not, so please don't shop in the wholesale or distributor sections if you are an individual, your order will not be processed.
  • Wholesale Section - If you own a business and would like to resell our products to your customers you will want to shop here. Minimum Order is $100.00
  • Distributor Section - If you own a business and would like to resell our products to your customers, or you run a wholesale business and would like to sell our products to your customers. Minimum order is $500.00
  • Premium Account - Can't register for an account. If you are a volume buyer, ie spend $1500.00 a week or $3000.00 orders at a time. Give us a call or email and we will work with you and get you better pricing.

Q: Whats the difference between Wholesale prices and Distributor prices?
A:
WHOLESALE & DISTRIBUTOR PRICING


We offer two different options depending on how much you buy. Wholesale customers typically place orders between $100-$400 at a time. Distributor customers typically order over $500.
The Price Difference between the two sections can be from $.05 per piece up to $20.00 per piece. Depends on the style of jewelry. Feel free to place an order on both sites and see how much you save by spending over $500.00
WHOLESALE
  1. Minimum order is $100.00.
  2. Items with a price less then $1.00 have to be ordered with a Minimum Qty of 3.
    1. Retainers: All retainers come unassembled. Meaning you receive an O-Ring and a Retainer separately
DISTRIBUTOR
  1. Minimum purchase is $500.00 at all times.
  2. Our Distributor pricing is in line with the companies from overseas if not lower.
  3. Some basic rules apply for buying at Distributor Prices:
    1. Items priced under $1.00 per piece have to be ordered with a minimum quantity of 3.
    2. Navel Items have to be ordered with a minimum quantity of 3.
    3. Captive Bead Rings from 20g-10g must be bought in multiples of 10
    4. Retainers: All retainers come unassembled. Meaning you receive an O-Ring and a Retainer separately.
    5. We reserve the right to make any changes as seen fit.

  1. By dealing with a company in the US, you will receive faster shipping time, better customer service and you don’t have to worry about duty, customs or importing.
  2. We classify all of our jewelry and what it is made out of. You can feel safe when buying something from us. We don’t have anything to hide.
  3. You can never be sure what you are truly buying from overseas, or for that matter even here in the US. We are a reputable company.
  4. If we say its .925 Sterling Silver, it is .925 Sterling Silver. If its Rhodium Plated Nickel Free then it is Rhodium Plated Nickel Free.

There are companies out there claiming to sell quality products. The quality of these products are of very low quality stainless steel and nickel loaded plating that covers the cheap base metal. Be smart. If you are offered a Rolex for $30.00, you will obviously think it’s a fake. Similarly, if you see pure silver or gold body jewelry at prices which you think to be unbelievable, then don’t believe it. Your body is priceless. You should only wear the finest quality jewelry.

  Online Ordering
Q: Are all your products in stock and available to ship immediately?
A: has about 98% of all the products online in inventory and ready to ship immediately.

Screw On Ball Rings, most Titanium items, all Gold, Big Guages, extra small or extra long lengths for jewelry, most of the items listed here are all custom made. We have put (CUSTOM MADE) next to all jewelry that is made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks on average for this piece of jewelry to be machined. Once you place the order for a CUSTOM MADE item, we start to produce that item from raw materials to your specs.

Once product is ready, we ship immediatley to you. Longest delay from date of order untill you receive shipment is typically 21 days.

Q: Do you accept Personal Checks?
A: Sorry does not accept personal checks. If you mailed in a personal check with an order, we tear up your check immediately and notify you. We do not hold your check and wait until it clears to ship out your goods, we simply just don't accept personal checks. So if you sent in a personal check, you will not receive your order and your check will be torn up.

Q: How do I cancel an order I placed and paid for with Painful Pleasures?
A: Call us immediately 410-902-7254. If you place an order and decide you want to cancel it before it is shipped or put into production, you may do so but there will be a 10% processing fee. If the order has already shipped or if our jewelers have already begun production on a particular piece of jewelry you will not be able to cancel your order.

Q: How do I change something in my order?
A: It’s inevitable that at some point you might make a mistake in your order. As soon as you realize you’ve ordered the wrong item call us right away so we can correct the order. If the order has already been packed and shipped, you will have to send the item back to us and incur any additional shipping charges.

Make sure you review your order before you hit the submit button, this will help prevent you from ordering wrong items.

Q: How can I review my order’s history?
A: The only way to view your past orders is to have an account. Everytime you log in to your account and place an order it will automatically be saved in your profile. If you don't register for an account, a history of your orders will not be available.

Which ever section you are in is the history of orders that will show. So if you see the Retail Section banner at the top and you go in to search Order History, then only Retail orders will appear.

If you see the Wholesale Section banner at the top and you go in and search Order History, then only your Wholesale Orders will apper.

If you see the Distributor Section banner at the top and you go in and search Order History, then only your Distributor Orders will apper.

Q: How do I order online without a credit card?
A: The only way you will be able to order online if you don’t have a credit card is if you have a paypal account. Paypal allows you to pay with money in your bank account, so its like you are paying with a check, as the money comes directly from your bank account. A: All US orders are sent with delivery confirmation. With delivery confirmation your package will be scanned and indicated as "delivered" once it is placed in your mailbox. We will not replace or refund customers who claim that their package was not received once delivery confirmation has been indicated.

Q: What is the status of my order?
A: The easiest way to see the status of your order is to login to your account. Once logged in you can access your order history. Your order history is on the right hand column at the top under the category YOUR CART.

Click Order History, Select the date range for the time you placed the order. A list of your orders will show. Next to each order will be a letter. Each letter represents the status of your order.

P - Processed. Means you have successfully placed and paid for your order and we are currently working on fulfilling it ASAP.

N or NF - Not Finished. Means you have not paid for the order yet. This is an order you have started and have yet to checkout.

D - Declined. Means we received your order but declined it. Probably because of suspicious activity, possibly a stolen creditcard was used. Call us immediately if we decline your order. 410-902-7254

C - Complete. Means your order has been received by us and either is already packed and shipped or if it is a custom piece has been put into production and will ship ASAP to you.

I - Incomplete. Means you have not paid for the order yet. This is an order you have started and have yet to checkout.

Q - Queued. Means you submitted the order successfully but have yet to pay for it. Probably checked out with Money Order as your payment terms. Once we receive payment for this order we will ship out ASAP and your order status will change to C.

B - Backordered. Means you have successfully placed and paid for your order, but the jewelry you ordered has to be specially made. As a result, backordered orders typically take about 7-10 days to fill. Once your jewelry is made, your order status will change to C and we will ship out ASAP.

Q: How do I pay for an order with a Credit Card?
A: If you want to place an order and pay for that order with a credit card.

Step 1: You must go through the site and add all the products you want to your cart.

Step 2: Once you are satisfied with your choices, choose your shipping method and hit the Continue button.

Step 3: If you don't have an account with us, here you will be asked to fill in all your shipping and billing information. Once complete hit the Continue Button.

If you already have an account you can simply login and by pass this step.

Step 4: Then choose credit card as the payment option and hit continue.

Step 5: Verify your billing and shipping address are correct. Enter your Credit Card info (don't worry this page is protected by SSL, you can check the URL because it starts with https://) and hit Submit. Only hit Submit once. This process takes up to 1 minute to verify. Hitting Submit twice will result in double billing and duplicate orders.

Step 6: If your creditcard was accepted and charged, you will be taken to the Congratulations Screen where you will be given an order ID #.

Q: How do I pay for an order via a Wire Transfer?
A: If you wish to pay with a Wire Transfer follow these steps.

Step 1: You must go through the site and add all the products you want to your shopping cart.

Step 2: Once you are satisfied with your choices, checkout as usual.

Step 4: Then choose Wire Transfer as the payment Option. Check out all the way till you receive an order ID.

Q: How do I pay for my order with Paypal?
A: If you want to place an order and pay for that order with paypal:

Step 1: You must go through the site and add all the products you want to your cart.

Step 2: View your cart and make sure you are happy with your choices. Check for any mistakes and choose your shipping option.

Step 3: If you don't have an account with us, here you will be asked to fill in all your shipping and billing information. Once complete hit the Continue Button.

If you already have an account you can simply login and by pass this step.

Step 4: Then choose paypal as the payment option. Hit Continue.

Step 5: Double Check everything is correct and hit Submit. You will be redirected to Paypal's secure site where you will either login to an existing Paypal Account, or you will register with Paypal for a new account.

Step 6: Once you paid with Paypal. Hit continue till you make it back to our site. You will be congratulated for placing an order with us and be given an Order ID #.

Step 7: Once you receive this Order ID, keep this # for your records and refer to the order ID on any questions regarding your order that you might have.

Q: Can I return an order I placed with Painful Pleasures?
A: This is a hard one. 95% of the time the answer is yes.

At Painful Pleasures we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you order something and it turns out not to be what you expected we understand. Most cases we will accept the item back for an exchange. Please Note: All (CUSTOM MADE) jewelry can not be exchanged or returned.

Step 1: Please send us an email with your order ID # and the problem with the order.

Step 2: Wait for us to reply to your email with either an Approval or a Denial. Very few instances we will deny an exchange. ie Unless it is a custom piece, gold piece, etc..

Step 3: Simply return the jewelry along with the invoice and the email we sent you that says we gave you Approval to send back the order for an exchange. Write on the invoice exactly what you want in exchange.

Step 4: In order to make sure you get what you want the second time we ask that you be very descriptive in your note of exactly what it is you want.

Note: Please DO NOT send back any orders without our email saying its ok.

DO NOT assume you can return your jewelry. You must get Authorization from us first.

We are not resposible for returned packages that are lost in transit to us. It is advisable to use some sort of tracking on your return shipment.

Also you must send back the jewelry in a padded envelope. DO NOT SEND BACK YOUR JEWELRY IN A REGULAR ENVELOPE. The jewelry will be destroyed in the US Mail Machines. AGAIN you must send back the jewelry in a padded envelope.

Q: What is Painful Pleasures Gold Policy?
A: Can I return an order I placed with Painful Pleasures if the jewelry I ordered was Gold?

We will only accept an exchange on the gold jewelry that we stock. All (CUSTOM MADE) Gold body jewelry Sales are FINAL. They will not be accepted for a return or exchange unless you receive a defective piece. If you ordered a length that is too long or too short we can work with you and get it to the correct length. Some additional fees might apply. Please call for more details.

Q: What is Painful Pleasures Refund Policy?
A: does not issue refunds. We only authorize exchanges. Please see our Exhange Poilcy for further instructions.

Under certain and special circumstances will we issue a Refund.

1) You placed an order and we haven't shipped it yet. If your order was a custom piece, and we haven't shipped it, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

2) You were charged twice for the same order.
