Warranty Information for Painful Pleasures
- We have a 30 Day Warranty against manufacturer's defects.
- If an item ever arrives broken or defective we will replace the same item
free of charge.
- Please Call 410-902-7254 to speak with a Customer Service Representative.
- Once you receive approval from a Painful Pleasures CSR you will be given
a RA (Return Authorization) #
- Send Back the Broken item in a padded envelope with original invoice and
explanation of the problem. You can write the RA # on the invoice.
- Replacements will be sent out the day the damaged merchandise is received.
- We try to make every thing as hassle free as possible. Please don't assume
anything, make sure you call us or email us before anything is done on your
part

Return Information for Painful Pleasures
- Customer Satisfaction is very important to us. We will try to come up with
the best possible solution to make you happy.
- You must contact us within 7 days upon receipt of your order if you would
like to exchange any items. You may exchange unworn items only.
- Please Call 410-902-7254 to speak with a Customer Service Representative.
- Have Order Id # ready. This # can be found on your invoice in the top left
corner of the page. It is the first line of text on the invoice.
- Once you receive approval from a Painful Pleasures CSR you will be given
a RA (Return Authorization) #
- Please send back the merchandise in the padded mailer we shipped your jewelry in with the original invoice
and explanation of what we need to exchange.. You can write the RA # on the
invoice.
- Please write clear and be exact. This will help avoid delays of reshipping to you.
- When we receive the return from you, we will replace the jewelry and resend
back to you.
- Note: Returning items we normally stock is very painless.
If you ordered the wrong size, the wrong color, or the item you ordered turned
out not to be what you expected, we will gladly exchange these items for you. If the item you buy from us for some reason breaks, you can return that item to us for a replacement. Basically on all items we stock, if you don't like, if it breaks (either now, or 2 months from now) you can send it back to us and we will replace.
Sorry we don't offer Refunds on Returns. We can offer you store credit less
the shipping charges.
- If you ordered a Custom Made Piece, we can not exchange
this for you. These items are made specifically for you with your requirements
for size and color.
- If the problem you are having with the Custom Made Piece is the size is
to long or the gem setting isn't exactly what you imagined, we can work with
you and our jeweler's to cut the jewelry down to size or redo the setting.
Most of the times this can be done at no extra charge. Sometimes though there
will be an extra charge depending on your request.

- Note: If you don't tear open your package, you can seal
the envelope back up and simply write RTS and Refused on the package.
The USPS will not charge you for this and we will receive the merchandise
back. If you can not do this, please return the merchandise
in a padded envelope and pay for the return shipping to us.

USPS and UPS are the couriers we use to ship wholesale orders.
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Please keep this in mind.
US RESIDENTS
- Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation - Cost $17.00 - Average delivery time is 2-3 days from date of mailing but can take longer. We Strongly Recommend you don't choose this option. The Post Office is very Unreliable compared to UPS.
- UPS 2 Day Air - Cost $15.00 - Delivery guaranteed in two days from date of mailing.
- UPS Ground - Cost $10.00- Delivery guaranteed in 1-5 days from date of mailing.
- UPS Next Day - Cost $35.00- Delivery guaranteed overnight.
- UPS 2Day, 3Day or Ground COD - Cost $19.00 or $16.00 or $15.00 - Delivery guaranteed in 2 days, 3 days or up to 5 days depending on service picked. We only accept Money orders or Certified Checks. No Personal Checks or Company Checks.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Post Office Express Mail - Cost $40.00 - Average delivery time is 7-14 days from date of mailing but can be shorter or longer.
- UPS Global Express Mail Trackable - Cost $40.00 - Average delivery Time 2-7 days from date of mailing.
- UPS CANADA Ground - Cost $14.99 - Average delivery Time 2-7 days from date of mailing.

each piercing. Keep in mind these are the standard sizes after
the initial piercing once your piercing is fully healed.
Gauge refers to the thickness of the body jewelry.
Length refers to the inside diameter (for rings)
or length (for barbells). |
