Manage Your Account
You do not have to create an account for each section of the site. Once you create one account, you are eligible to shop in all three sections of the site and login to the Gallery and Forum. There are many benefits to creating an account. After doing so you will be able to log in and manage your account.
Account Dashboard
Your account dashboard has a summary of your recent orders, account information, newsletter subscriptions, and default billing and shipping address.
Account Information
Your account information is where you go to reset your password after logging in. Here you will find your First Name, Last Name, email associated with the account, profile picture, if you choose to upload one, and your username. You are able to change your account information under this tab.
Address Book
Your address book includes all saved addresses from previous orders. If you have multiple shops or you enjoy getting items shipped to multiple addresses, this is a great place to keep track of your addresses. You can add a new address here simply by clicking the Add New Address button at the top of the page.
My Orders
Keep track of all of your orders here. You can view the status of your order, in addition to clicking on each order to see any comments made by Painful Pleasures. All retail orders can see their tracking information here if your order has been shipped. You can reorder any previously made order and also start the process to Return your order from this section.
My Product Reviews
Have you left reviews for any products? If so you can see the status of all of your reviews here.
My Wishlist
You can easily create a wishlist of all the items that you would love to order, but just can’t right now. Save them for the future and order them when you can.
My Applications, My Downloadable Products

Newsletter Subscriptions
Check out what subscriptions you’re currently signed up for.
Store Credit
Check out your store credit balance. Please note that the Store Credit for the particular store you are in will show (i.e. if you are in the Shop Wholesale section, your account will show the store credit available for that particular store).
You can also redeem a Gift Card from this section, which will show up in your account as Store Credit.
Gift Card
Enter the gift card number here to Check the Status and Balance of your gift card or to redeem your gift card. Once your gift card is redeemed the gift card amount will show up as a store credit under the Shop you are currently in (i.e. if you are under Wholesale and redeem a gift card, the gift card amount will only be allowed to be used under Wholesale).
Gift Registry, Rewards Points

Administrando la cuenta
Administrando tu cuenta.
No necesitas crear una cuenta para cada sección del sitio. Una vez creada la cuenta, puedes entrar a todas las secciones del sitio y registrarte en la Galería y el Foro. Creando la cuenta se obtienen muchos beneficios. Al crearla podrás entrar y administrar tu cuenta.
Historial de la cuenta
En el historial de tu cuenta hay un resumen de tus órdenes recientes, información sobre la cuenta, suscripciones a newsletter y los domicilios de facturación y el de envíos.
Información de la Cuenta
La información de tu cuenta se encuentra donde recuperas tu contraseña luego de haber iniciado la sesión. Aquí encontrarás tu Nombre, Apellido, nombre del correo electrónico asociado a tu cuenta, tu foto de tu perfil y tu nombre de usuario si has decidido usar uno. En este campo es donde puedes cambiar la información de tu cuenta.
Libreta de direcciones
Tu libreta de direcciones incluye todas las direcciones que has guardado desde las órdenes anteriores. Si tienes varios negocios o prefieres que los artículos te lleguen a diversos domicilios, este es el mejor lugar para poder hacer el seguimiento de tus órdenes. Puedes agregar un domicilio nuevo simplemente haciendo click en Agregar Nuevo Domicilio ( Add New Address), en la parte superior de la página.
Mis órdenes
Desde aquí puedes realizar el seguimiento de tus órdenes. Puedes controlar el estado de tus órdenes además de hacer click en cada una de ellas para saber si hay comentarios hechos por Painful Pleasures.Todas las ordenes al por menor pueden ser seguidas desde aquí una vez que han sido enviadas. Desde aquí puedes volver a ordenar una orden igual a otra previamente hecha y también comenzar el proceso de Devolución de alguna orden.

Mi lista de Deseos ( Wish List)
Puedes crear fácilmente tu lista de deseos referentes a todos los artículos que te gustaría ordenar pero que todavía no puedes realizar. Guárdalos para el futuro y así puedes ordenarlos cuando lo desees.

Crédito de la Tienda
Controla tu balance de crédito. Por favor ten en cuenta que aparecerá el Crédito de la Tienda sobre cada negocio en particular donde tú te encuentres. Por ejemplo: si estás en la sección Al por Mayor ( Wholesale), tu cuenta mostrará el crédito disponible para ese negocio en particular.
En esta sección también puedes canjear tu Tarjeta de Regalo ( Gift Card), que se reflejará en tu cuenta como Crédito de la Tienda.
Tarjeta de Regalo ( Gift Card)
Ingresa aquí el número de la Tarjeta de regalo para controlar el estado y balance de la misma o para canjearla. Una vez que tu tarjeta de regalo es canjeada el monto de la tarjeta se verá reflejado como Crédito de la Tienda para la sección en donde te encuentres en ese momento. (Por ej., si estás en Compras al por Mayor y canjeas la Tarjeta de Regalo, el monto de la Tarjeta de Regalo sólo podrá ser utilizado para Compras al por Mayor).
