Peak Dotwork Box — Connects to Coil Machine and Adjusts Delay Speed for Dotwork Tattooing
With dot work becoming more popular in contemporary tattooing, artists and manufacturers are innovating new and creative ways to enhance dotwork tattoos. The Peak Dotwork Box offers just that functionality, giving artists the ability to configure the rhythm and pattern of their tattoo needle as it strikes the skin.
The Peak Dotwork Box is simple to use: turn the red delay knob at the center of the box clockwise or counter-clockwise to adjust the delay speed of your machine on a range of 40 up to 00. As you tattoo, you can also adjust your machine's voltage in accordance with your selected rhythm. The result will be intermittent power bursts at your preferred speed, creating clean dot patterns.
This device is most compatible with medium to slow hard-hitting liner and shader coil machines. For optimal performance, use tight round needles. Some machines may require amplifying the voltage for optimal effects. The dot box comes with a built-in cable with a jack plug for connecting to your power supply.
Please Note: The Peak Dotwork Box is only recommended for use with coil machines; using this device with rotary tattoo machines will damage the motor. The Peak Dot Box is not a power supply. Power supplies can be purchased separately as well as clip cord connectors.
