Communication is key "This review is in two parts; 1. Ordering & delivery 2. The item itself 1. The customer experience of selecting and ordering online was straightforward if a little slow, due either to my iPad or the site itself being a little slow over the Atlantic Ocean. I have since ordered further items using a MacBook Pro which was much faster & slicker. Delivery was within the stated time period but comes around tracker for an international customer could be clearer. 2. The item itself was off very good quality, great smooth PVD finish & the internally threaded fit of balls to bar is one of precision. Personal taste would of had the bar more circular, with the balls closer together when fitted, rather than the almost U shape of the barbell.
