Nice, but thin. "The brass tips are nice as they won’t mark up your jewelry (personally tried & tested). However (and through no fault of their own, as the PainfulPleasures description clearly state how thin these forceps are) they are VERY thin. So, keep this in mind when purchasing them. I was going to use them for holding gem tops for screwing into post ends and to help bend seamless rings, but they’re just too thin for those particular tasks. However, they are great for clamping onto jewelry that needs to be inserted into tight spots (like the nose or a daith piercing) where one’s fingers may be too big, clumsy or just plan in the way.
