Great product, look fantastic "Awesome captive bead rings. Install was a breeze albeit I closed them a bit to ensure the bead would stay locked in. I have no intentions of removing them. Will buy again when I'm ready for 4g in a year. Be mindful of the inside dimension of the ring vs the outside dimension if you're sizing up. 6ga 1/2" CBR - outstanding "My previous earrings were 8ga 1/2" CBR stainless which I never removed in 5 years of wearing them. Wanted to move up a gauge. Old ones had dimples on the ball, and required the reverse plyers to put the ball in. These were MUCH easier since the dimples are on the ring and the ball is smooth. I did pinch the earring a bit smaller and I did use plyers to install the ball, but sure enough they slipped right into the previous holes. The plyers were not needed how they arrived before I made the ring smaller. The ball can move if I try, but seems pretty locked in which is how I wanted them. Also these new 6ga are 50% heavier than my old 8ga. I couldn't even feel the old ones. I like the weight and feeling of these new ones! Very happy with these. Great quality.
