Jewelry-only orders ship for $10.99, or free from $49. These prices are for Ground shipping to the lower 48 states and DC. Your exact shipping price is always shown in your cart before you pay.

What can change your price

• Where it's going. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US territories, military addresses and other countries have their own prices.
• How fast you want it. 2-Day and Overnight cost more.
• What's in your cart. A few bulky or heavy items add a fee.

Faster shipping

Order by 12 noon ET, Monday to Friday, and it ships the same day, subject to availability. Faster shipping is never free, and isn't available to PO Boxes.

Items that add a fee

Some items cost more to ship because of their size or weight. In the lower 48 states and DC, they add a fee to your order, even when shipping is free.

• You pay one fee per order, not per item. If your cart has more than one kind, you pay the largest fee only.
• Example: a $250 order with a gallon of Green Soap ships for $6.99. A $120 order with an ink set ships for $32.94 ($14.99 + $17.95).
• Thermal printers and dental bibs don't add a fee.
• Gallons and oversized items ship Ground only. Ink sets and overweight items can ship 2-Day or Overnight on carts under 10 lb, with the fee added.

Large or heavy orders

Under 250 lb, weight doesn't change your price. Orders of 250 lb or more ship by freight: checkout shows $0, and we email you a freight quote. Quotes go out the same business day for orders placed by 1pm ET, or the next business day. Your order ships once the freight is paid.

Furniture, tables and autoclaves

These ship Ground at a flat price, shown at checkout. They're never included in free shipping. "West" means WA, OR, CA, NV, ID, MT, WY, UT, CO, AZ and NM. The rest of the lower 48 is East & Central.

• Ordering more than one? The price can go up with the order's weight, or we'll email a freight quote. Your cart always shows the exact price.
• Furniture and autoclaves can't ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. If you order to one, we'll contact you for a street address.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and US territories

Free shipping doesn't apply here. Orders under 20 lb pay a flat Ground price at any order value:

Here, thermal printers and dental bibs count as overweight items. From 20 lb, the price depends on weight only, whatever is in your cart:

• 2-Day and Overnight go to Hawaii and Alaska only, on carts under 10 lb: Hawaii $45.98 / $75.98, Alaska $47.98 / $77.98. With an ink set or overweight item, add $17.95. Puerto Rico and the territories ship Ground only.
• Chairs and heavy furniture ship Ground for $280.98 (Hawaii), $282.98 (Alaska) or $284.98 (Puerto Rico and territories). Pallet-size furniture gets a freight quote by email.

Military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)

• Ground only, by USPS. $14.99 under $199, free from $199. Jewelry-only orders: $10.99, free from $49.
• Orders with an oversized item, ink set or overweight item: $74.99 to AA and AE, $184.99 to AP. Thermal printers and dental bibs ship at the regular price.
• Orders of 250 lb or more get a freight quote by email. Furniture and autoclaves can't ship to military addresses.

PO Boxes

PO Box orders ship by USPS, Ground only. 2-Day, Overnight, furniture and autoclaves aren't available to PO Boxes.

Outside the US

• Choose International Economy or International Priority. Your price is shown at checkout.
• Duties and taxes are paid on delivery.
• Canada: on orders of $200 or more, you can prepay duties instead. Choose Duties and Taxes Paid (UPS Standard), and the estimated duties are added at checkout.
• Orders of $5,000 or more: use your own freight forwarder, or ask us for a freight quote by email.
• Delivery times vary by country and customs.
• We don't ship gallons or pallet freight outside the US and its territories, and we don't ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea or Syria.

Some products can't ship to certain countries:

• Silverback ink: not to the EU, UK or Switzerland
• World Famous and Kuro Sumi ink: not to the EU
• Perma Blend, Eternal, Evenflo and Dynamic ink: not to the EU or UK
• Panenka: only to approved countries
• Numbing products with lidocaine: not to Canada or the UK
• Products marked US Only: not outside the US

When your order ships

• Orders take 24 to 72 business hours to process, pack and ship.
• We don't ship on weekends or federal holidays. Friday orders ship Monday.
• The delivery date at checkout includes 48 hours of processing. Weather and customs can add time.
• Custom jewelry ships separately and takes 1 to 10 weeks to make.

Insurance and signature

• Insurance: if an insured order doesn't arrive within 3 weeks (US) or 45 days (international), we re-ship it at no cost.
• Signature: available to all US addresses. For international orders, business addresses only.

Good to know

• We ship every order from our warehouse in Maryland. For free shipping, we choose the carrier.
• Items with lithium batteries (wireless machines, battery packs, PowerPacks) never ship by USPS.
• Countries without postal codes: checkout shows a flat price by weight. Orders over 50 lb get a freight quote by email.
• Brazil: USPS packages may be held in customs for up to 120 days. Insured packages are re-shipped after 120 days; uninsured ones aren't.
• If a package is returned to us because of a wrong address or a customs rejection, the return shipping cost isn't covered.
