Return Policy

Return Requirements 

To be eligible for return: 

  • Return request must be received within 30 days of delivery date. 

  • Items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories. 

  • Jewelry must be unworn. 

  • Tattoo machines, battery packs, needles, and ink must have original packaging fully intact. 

Additional Policies 

  • For safety and health reasons, we cannot take back any items that have been used in or on the body. Please ask us about alternative options! 

  • Closeout items, thermal machines, printers, and anodized jewelry are not eligible for returns. 

  • Tattoo machines must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery. If you notice any defects, please contact usOpens a new window. immediately. After 48 hours, any issues must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

How are refunds credited?

All returns default to store credit unless a refund to the original payment method is requested.

How long until I receive my credit/refund?

Our standard processing time is approximately 3–5 business days from the time the return arrives at our warehouse. You will receive email confirmation once your return is processed.
