Just screw body jewelry in a coordinating size into the end of one of our threaded needles, insert the needle into the skin, and pull it through to insert the jewelry. Our Precision threaded piercing needles are carefully-constructed from surgical stainless steel and have tri-beveled tips. They\'re currently available in sizes 14g and 16g and come pre-sterilized with EO gas.
