The FK One Adjust Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins on 10/3/2024 at 10:00am Eastern Time and ends on 10/12/2024 at 11:59pm Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
During the Promotion Period, entrants must sign up for Email and/or SMS marketing using the official giveaway entry form at [FKOA teaser page link – pending confirmation]. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
One (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period.
On or about 10/13/2024, the Sponsor will select one (1) winner from all eligible entries received. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at signup.

Your chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless PainfulPleasures, Inc., affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and employees (the “Released Parties”) from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or use/misuse of the prize.
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, photograph, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity. Sponsor may disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process. Winners must respond within one (1) year of notification to claim their prize.
Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; or damage to any participant’s device. If the Sweepstakes is discontinued, Sponsor may select winners from all eligible entries received up to that date.
Entrants agree that all disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively by the appropriate Maryland State Court or U.S. District Court in Howard County, Maryland. Entrants waive rights to punitive or consequential damages.
Personal information collected will be used by Sponsor for administration of the Sweepstakes and for marketing purposes consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Sponsor will not sell or rent entrant information.
