This giveaway is open to all tattoo artists who are 18 years of age or older and residents of the continental United States only. Distributors are excluded from participation. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. By entering, users agree to accept Email and SMS marketing communications.

Timing:
The PainfulPleasures March Madness Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") begins on 03/19/2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (EST) and ends on 04/07/2025 at 11:59 PM ET ("Promotion Period"). The giveaway consists of three rounds of voting:
Round 1: 03/17/2025, 10:00 AM EST – 03/21/2025, 11:59 PM EST
Round 2: 03/24/2025, 12:00 AM EST – 03/28/2025, 11:59 PM EST
Round 3: 03/31/2025, 12:00 AM EST – 04/04/2025, 11:59 PM EST
Round entries close and refresh at midnight each Sunday during the Promotion Period. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter:
To enter, participate by voting for your favorite product in each giveaway bracket at the Painful Pleasures March Madness Page. You will receive one (1) entry for each vote. Voting for each round will open on the dates specified above and must be completed by 11:59 PM ET on the last day of each round. Participants may vote once per day per round.
Limit:
One (1) entry per vote. Participants can vote once per day during the Promotion Period.
Winner Selection:
On 04/07/2025, the Sponsor will select one (1) entry from all eligible entries to win the grand prize. The winner will be contacted via email by 05:00 PM EST on 04/08/2025.
Grand Prize:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a prize pack valued over $2000 containing the winning products from each of the giveaway brackets. The final prize pack will include:
The Grand Prize will be awarded based on the final round of voting. Your chances of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received.
Release:
By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Painful Pleasures, Inc., affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, misuse, or failure to use the prize. The Released Parties do not make any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, regarding any prize, including but not limited to the quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
Publicity:
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and content for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration.
General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs its integrity or functioning. Sponsor may disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating the Official Rules. All winners must respond within one year of notification from the Sponsor to receive their prize.
Limitations of Liability:
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) incorrect or inaccurate information caused by entrants, errors in printing, or equipment failure; (2) technical failures, including phone or network malfunctions; (3) any damage to an entrant’s computer system during participation; (4) unauthorized human intervention; (5) human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes; or (6) any injury or damage arising from participation or receipt of the prize.
Disputes:
Any disputes arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any class action. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Howard County, Maryland.
Use of Data:
Any personally identifiable information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, found at: https://www.painfulpleasures.com/privacy-policy.
