Works well if you have access to a piercer to tighten end to converter

"I've tried using this converter on my two lip piercings several times. It's very difficult for the balls to stay screwed in. I used small jewelry pliers to hold the post while screwing on a 5mm ball to the threaded end, using gloves. It felt tight, so I popped the post in. When I woke up the next day, the ball of one fell off, and then I realized the other one was missing. Hopefully I didn't eat it in my sleep. Maybe these aren't useful with a lip piercing due to saliva. I've tried titanium posts as well and those also unscrew. I wish bioplast balls were larger than 2.3mm so they didn't pull through, but I'll have to go back to that size, since they never come out."
