Free shipping is available on orders that total $199 or more that are shipping within the lower 48 states and Washington, DC.

Orders containing only Body Jewelry products that total $49 or more also qualify for Free Shipping.

All international orders and domestic orders shipping outside the lower 48 states are excluded from our free shipping promotion.

Orders shipped with Free Shipping may be sent via FedEx, USPS, UPS, or DHL. You will receive tracking and service information in your Shipping Confirmation email.

Free Shipping Exclusions & Product Surcharges

Some products are excluded from free shipping and also require an additional surcharge added to the cost of shipping, including the following items

• Furniture
• Cases of medical supplies including gloves, lap cloths and drape sheets
• Large liquid containers (gallon sized or more) including green soap, surface disinfectants and surface wipes
• Anodizers, Ultrasonic Cleaners and Autoclaves
• Travel and Display Cases
• Printers/Thermal Printers
  
• All products that weigh more than 5 lbs

Product Surcharges

Oversized and overweight products will incur an additional flat fee, added to the cost of shipping. This charge only applies once to an order with an item that requires the surcharge. If an order contains multiple qualifying items, or items from multiple surcharge categories, the highest fee will be applied once to the shipping cost.

Furniture and Chair Shipping Policies

Chairs, workstations and tables ship via Ground service at a flat rate (shown at checkout) and they aren't eligible for free shipping on orders $199+.

Ordering more than one? Orders from 250 to 499 lb ship together on one pallet for $449.99 to the eastern and central US or $549.99 to WA, OR, CA, NV, ID, MT, WY, UT, CO, AZ and NM.

Orders weighing 500 lb or more, and all furniture orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and US territories, receive a freight quote. We'll email your freight cost the same business day for orders placed by 1pm ET, or the next business day for orders placed later. Your order ships once the freight is paid.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Domestic

All orders ship from Maryland, USA. Orders being sent with expedited shipping options (2-Day or Next Day shipping) that are placed by 12 noon Eastern Time, Monday thru Friday will ship the same day, subject to availability.

We offer three options for Flat Rate Shipping on all Domestic orders, see table below for Flat Rate Shipping cost. Orders may be shipped via FedEx, USPS, UPS, or DHL. You will receive carrier service and tracking information in your Shipping Confirmation Email.

International

We offer International Economy and International Priority shipping options, shipping cost is calculated based on your destination. Orders may be shipped via FedEx, USPS, UPS, or DHL. You will receive carrier service and tracking information in your Shipping Confirmation Email.

Orders shipping to Canada will also have the option for a Duties and Taxes Paid shipping option.

WHAT ARE MY OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Insurance Option
This option guarantees that your order will be re-shipped at no extra cost if you don’t receive it within three weeks (domestic) or 45 days (international).

Signature Option
Shipping carriers can deny any responsibility if your package indicates that it was delivered, but did not reach you. This option protects you and your package from shipping errors and liability. The signature option is available to all United States addresses, both residential and business. For international orders, the signature option is exclusively available to business addresses.

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS TO BEAR IN MIND?

1. Delivery estimates upon checkout include a 48-hour processing time. All orders take 24 to 72 business hours to process, fill, and ship.
2. We do not ship over the weekends or on federal holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
   
3. International shipping time may vary depending on the country and customs.
   
4. Orders shipped by USPS to Brazil may be held in customs for up to 120 days. If your package is insured, we will re-ship your package after 120 days. If you did not insure your package, your order will not be re-shipped.
5. If you are in New Zealand and choose FedEx as your carrier, your order may be shipped through UPS depending on the options available at the time of shipment.
6. We are not responsible for any shipping costs incurred through the Return to Sender process (i.e. if the shipping address is input incorrectly by customer, or the package is rejected at customs).
7. Custom jewelry is shipped separately from your order. Depending on the manufacturer your order may take one to ten weeks for production before it is shipped.
