Return Policy At Painful Pleasures, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent return process. Review the information below for return requirements and submit a return request here. Return Requirements To be eligible for return: Return request must be received within 30 days of delivery date. Items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories. Jewelry must be unworn. Tattoo machines, battery packs, needles, and ink must have original packaging fully intact. Additional Policies For safety and health reasons, we cannot take back any items that have been used in or on the body. Please ask us about alternative options! Closeout items, thermal machines, printers, and anodized jewelry are not eligible for returns. Tattoo machines must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery. If you notice any defects, please contact us immediately. After 48 hours, any issues must be handled directly with the manufacturer. For non-defective returns, a 10% restocking fee is applied
