This unique cluster top has four jewels in three different sizes. The 4mm jewel is Crystal and you can choose Light Blue, Light Purple, or Pink smaller jewels. The 4mm and 3mm jewels connect at the sides and the two 2mm jewels sit nestled between them. This cluster top is 1.2mm internally threaded and compatible with 14g-12g posts and shafts. The internal threading is located on the 4mmjewel. It’s made from high quality titanium that can be anodized to your choice of 13 colors for a small fee here in our Hanover, MD Painful Pleasures facility.
