Gorgeous but attachment not sturdy "It’s even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Unfortunately as I screwed the top into the post for a test fit, the ring of opal “petals” separated from the center gem with the screw threading. The opals are soldered together well, so it is possible to press the opal ring back up onto the gem, but it will be tricky to install in a piercing, and removing it from a piercing may be very difficult.
