Three synthetic 2.5mm opals in a color of your choice are set around a titanium center, which can be anodized to one of 13 colors in our Hanover, MD Painful Pleasures facilities for a small fee. This top is 5.5mm in size and has internal 1.2mm threading, which is compatible with our standard 14g to 12g internally threaded jewelry with a matching thread pattern.
