The internal threading and titanium base makes this top an ideal piece for new piercings, sensitive skin, and extended wear. There are 15 jewel color options and for a small fee, we can anodize this top to one of 13 colors in our Hanover, MD Painful Pleasures facilities. This titanium top is priced per one.
