Our implant-grade steel balls make great replacement balls and alternative ends for 8g internally-threaded body jewelry that has internal 2mm threading. Use these steel balls with a variety of barbells, dermal anchors, surface bars, and more. Each ball is counter-sunk, which means that you'll get a perfect fit every time thanks to the way these balls overlap barbell shafts even before you screw them tightly into place. They're available in your choice of 6 ball sizes: 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 11mm, or 13mm.

Please note that these counter-sunk surgical steel balls will only work with our 8g body jewelry that has an internal 2mm thread pattern; you cannot use them with 8g jewelry that has internal 1.6mm threading.
