Absolutely magnificent! "I've stretched my septum multiple times over the years and always found it an annoying, time consuming task that often takes 2 and sometimes 3 attempts to accomplish. The 4ga taper in this set made it a breeze! The jewelry fit well in the opening and gave me a solid lock up between the taper and the jewelry with no slipping or misalignment. Some people have complained about the fact that the tapers are slightly over sized on the jewelry end, but there's simply no other way to create a teper that the jewelry inserts into without over sizing it to some degree. It caused me zero issues with my septum and if I decide to further stretch my PA I also see no complications with the slight size difference.
