Super useful! "Incredibly useful- wish I'd gotten these sooner. I have snake bites, and getting the balls on is the hardest task known to man! Wish I had these when I had my old eyebrow piercing as well. Holds the post in place well, so you can screw the ball on. It does lock to save your hand a little. I find that it stops the posts from rotating pretty effectively, so you can ensure the ball is all the way on. Especially useful for short posts.
