All sizes come with 2mm, 3mm, or 4mm titanium balls. This jewelry has internal 0.9mm threading, making it suitable for new piercings. Use any of our 16g Internal 0.9mm threaded ends with these barbells to create a unique look. For a small fee, we can anodize this straight barbell to one of 13 color options at our PainfulPleasures facilities in Hanover, MD.
