The 14g and 16g BioPlastic Labret Shaft and 18g BioPlast Nose Screw all have the same size hole. So you can interchange all the parts that are available for BioPlastic.

This gem ball works for both 16g and 14g Bioplastic Posts and 18g Nose Screws. The gem is bezel set and autoclave proof. It will not fall out.
