Try out a festive look for dermal, surface, labret piercings, and more with this Opal Bubble Cluster Top. This unique top takes on a bubble shape with a 4mm and 3mm opal nestled between two 2mm opals. It has internal 0.9mm threading located on the 4mm opal and is compatible with our standard 18g-16g internally threaded jewelry. This style is available in two colors: Dark Lapis and White Opal. The opals are bezel-set on high quality titanium and for a small fee, can be anodized to one of 13 colors at our Hanover, MD Painful Pleasures facility.
