Perfect for ears "This length was great for piercing ears. Clamp the needle with a curved hemostat, clamp the lobe with a circular hemostat, and push through. This size was just right to slide the earring post in for a nice transition. Since the needle diameter is slightly bigger than the earring post, for the post to fit in, once you slide the needle out the back, it does allow for a little bleeding, but that's expected.
