When it comes to dermal tops and surface piercing tops, these stainless steel half balls are the perfect ends, because they're half as tall as full ball tops and less likely to get accidentally snagged. In fact, our steel half balls are so awesome that they can be used with labret studs, too, as well as straight barbells or any other 12g or 14g internally-threaded body jewelry that has a matching internal 1.2mm thread pattern.
Each Half Ball Top for internal 1.2mm body jewelry measures 5mm in diameter and is made of a single piece of implant-grade surgical stainless steel, which means the posts are infinitely more stable than you'll find with tops that have their posts welded onto them.
These half ball surface piercing or dermal tops are sold individually (price per 1) and separately from our dermal anchors, surface barbells, labret studs, straight barbells, and other internally-threaded body jewelry shafts.
