"I like the idea of this, however it can sometimes be impractical. It didn't come with assembly instructions, just a video. The video is "so-so" in how helpful it is. It is wobbly! If a client leans too far back it will topple. The arm rest portion is big and nice and it's useful for some positions, but this chair is not sturdy enough for larger clients or tall people."
