The Internally Threaded Helix Marquis Drape Top features a dangling chain and diamond-cut crystal jewel. This top is made of high-quality titanium and, for a small fee, it can be anodized to one of 13 vibrant color options at our Painful Pleasures facilities in Hanover, MD. This top comes in your choice of internal 0.9mm, which is compatible with our standard 18g-16g internally threaded jewelry; or internal 1.2mm threading, which is compatible with our standard 14g–12g internally threaded jewelry.
