The Tilum Titanium Pronged Opal Ball features a synthetic opal ball in a prong setting. The top is made of high-quality titanium and, for a small fee, it can be anodized to one of 13 color options at our PainfulPleasures facilities in Hanover, MD. It has internal 0.9mm threading with a 1.5mm long post, which is compatible with our standard 18g to 16g internally threaded jewelry.
