20g–14g Nose Bone Monofilament Nose Retainer
This nose bone is available in sizes 20g up to 14g with the end piece being slightly larger than the gauge. The end piece is small, flat, and clear, allowing for complete piercing invisibility. The Nose Bone Monofilament Nose Retainer has a wearable area of approximately 6mm–7mm.
Please Note: The retainers have flat ends as opposed to balls and should only be worn in piercings that have already undergone the healing process.
Insertion Tip: We recommend the use of water-based lubricants such as KY Jelly for insertion. Some may want to use a retainer that is a gauge thinner than the actual piercing to comfortably accommodate the larger end piece.
