Did the job! "Needed to remove my helix piercing due to MRI and these were perfect! However my winky complaint is that the little rubber rings to hold the retainer in place were extremely hard to put on. I went to the piercer to have it It out on for me. Exactly what I’ve been looking for! "After several years of searching for an earring retainer that could hide my piercings at work and failing to find any made of quality materials and also not plastic, I found these glass retainers. While I do not have a labret piercing, these work fine in my earlobes and helix piercings perfectly. Even friends who know I have my ears pierced tend to forget they are there.
