Hits hard, The motor made me jump a little when i first used it Puts in lining, shading, and color packing like a charm. The tube is adjustable. I.think mine is 3.5 mm. I have big hands and this still fits me. I don't use it all the time but I enjoy when I do. Very good for clients that don't like coil chatter. Been using for a few years now "I love these machines. This thing just runs and pushes any needle I might use. Sure it hits hard, but adjusting the tension of the skin while tattooing can create a little give if u really need it. I am using battery packs and cartridge grips to create a wonderful wireless tattoo machine using this bad boy. That Swiss motor is so silent and so powerful even at low voltage , I love it. Well worth the money, I got the magenta/Pink color machine for a pop of bright mentally stimulating color while tattooing. I wouldn't mind having 5 or 6 of these with different mm throw for different things. Just a great straight forward powerful Machine that runs for what seems like forever. Great job!!!" — Jamey T.
